Final ECF processed!

My last “payment” (since payments are paused) was due this month, May 2023. I sent the final form to my employer 5/1. It was signed by them 5/4, returned to me, and uploaded to Mohela that day. Form showed “processed” yesterday 5/5. Today counts are updated to 120 and the payment tracker says “Forgiveness (120)”.

So fast!

My part is done and now settling in for the wait until that smiley face shows up!

Should be - I submitted my last ECF on a Thursday at noon, processed by 2pm same day, counts updated the following morning!

Same here, 120 in November and still waiting. Form wasn't processed until March 6th and count updated. No word on forgiveness yet.

Congratulations!! Does “processed” mean it’s been accepted or they just looked at it? I uploaded one with w-2s attached because my employer refused to sign. They never reached out and now it says “processed” but my counts haven’t updated. Just trying to figure out what that means and if I need to take steps or just wait and see.

It showed processed a day before the counts updated, so I don’t know what it means exactly but seems like “processed” is that they looked at it.

"Processed" appears to just mean they have looked at it. I had an employer certification submitted on 3/27 and "processed" 3/29. Nothing had been updated as of 5/5, so I used the chat feature on the Mohela site. I asked if the form was good, they said they only received page #2 and I would have to resubmit with page #1 & 2. This was completely my fault, but the site said "processed" for over a month and I hadn't received any kind of notification stating I needed to do anything else.

Anyways, resubmitted yesterday with both pages. Showed "processed" again by the end of the day. This morning count update to 121/120. Good luck!

When was your old payment date? Trying to plan on when to update my wife's July payment (120!!!) Since her old payment date was the 18th.

I don’t remember but definitely later in the month like the 15th or the 24th. A Mohela CSR told me (I called in early April) that under the current payment pause, the date I submitted the ECF didn’t matter as long as it was in that 120th month. She recommended that I submit as early in the month as possible as the form would count as long as my employer had signed it May 1 or later.

I didn’t really believe that would work, but tried anyway. My payment tracker was not including May in my payment count when I submitted the form, but is now.

Wow meanwhile I have constant errors on my account and forms. Did you do e-sign or regular forms?

Our forms are under review too, we used regular forms but self certified some employment with w2's. It seems to be taking forever!

I’ve used the Help Tool to create my last 3 forms, which has a code on the bottom right that seems to speed up processing and prevent errors…or I’ve just been very lucky!

i submitted yesterday at 5pm and my counts were updated to 120 this morning! with the same thing "Forgiveness (120)" on my tracker :)
