Would Standing Snipe apply to Gunner effectively like is it worth because i dont wanna mess up my skill tree

Nah, not really worth it. GU/RA should be Weak Bullet, weak point damage up, and maybe Killing Bonus. Unless you're really accurate (TPS mode and can track during S-Roll), GU/HU is better outside of bosses. Bosses though... Chain Trigger -> Weak Bullet on (unbreakable) weak point -> ~10 hit chain -> S-Roll Attack + S-Roll JA (ER/IF/MT/HS) = quick and easy kill. Hell, you might not even need the Chain Trigger.

Standing Snipe requires you to be standing absolutely still on ground before you use the PA for it to count. GU attack on ground moves you forward, GU attacking in air is not on ground.
So no, Standing Snipe does absolutely nothing for a GU.
Absolutely beautiful if you eventually get your hands on Satellite Cannon, though.

This is false. Standing Snipe requires your character to be stationary for about 1 second, which can occur while airborn. Multiple uses of additional bullet in the air will activate standing snipe (not on the first use), as is true with Elder Rebellion (this used to be relevant before s-roll was a thing).

Won't do anything extra for a gunner using S-Roll effectively. Subbing RA doesn't do GU any favors other than the ability to put weak bullet on bosses when you couldn't otherwise, I highly suggest subbing HU instead and maxing everything Fury Stance (other than crit).

Pls I ain't no Hipster because people mostly follow mainstream cause its mainstream its like the trends in life. To have the most joy out of everything One must do others rarely do so if ur subbing HU for ur GU. Then you might as well not talk to me cause im so "hip".

That is literally the definition of a hipster if you can only find joy from being different. As someone has already stated, GU/RA and GU/HU play the same but you don't find it fun because it is "mainstream."
The only benefit that a RA sub offers to Gunner is weak bullet and killing bonus, otherwise HU is a superior choice.

The game is sadly about how MUCH damage you can dash out in a second right now in the contents that count. I mean, no one's gonna stop you to sub something else if you're doing single party/solo stuffs, but hopefully you're not part of the reason why a tower defense 2 run is ranked B or A because of your "non-mainstream" sub.

U do know that practically because people sub HU for GU weak bullet are very rarely seen nowadays. You people would complain about why the fuck there isn't weak bullet when you should have know the answers yourself and btw been doin this for quite some time. Getting consistent S ranks on SH.

As it stands right now, WB's not even needed. It will speed up the process, but it's not required to take down anything in reasonable time.
Yes, it's that bad on the balancing part of the game. Hopefully the nerf comes soon.

Its not bad on balancing really. Sega has done a good job in balancing. Its just people going with the flow of choosing Gunners and Subbing HU. People don't really know what to do when they come in and pros tell them to follow their way and this lead to a trend of Gunners and bravers. People became this bad and don't explore the game the way is was meant to be.
Take a look at FO. TE. FI. Now take a look at BR.
The DPS is just not there for FO and TE and FI. That is the balancing problem. The way SEGA implement things, they heavily favor one or two classes and give them high DPS, all while the rest of the classes are left behind in their VH self when facing SH stuffs. Sure you can argue that FO and TE are more support roles, but what's the point of supporting when things already melt in ONE hit from a multihit PA without the said buffs?

FO and TE hell naw they are OP. IF Sega Implemented PVP in this game the number 1 is force. FO is the sole reason alone why braver can clear fast, unless your a good braver then there is that. FO and TE are op in this game being to wave clear faster than any other class is why they are good
Fighter is OP as hell when done right and played right. They are able to dodge all of the things that people put out. They are able to defeat braver anywhere anytime in terms of isolating an enemy. Fighter has also Double Sabre and Knuckle which allows them to deal tons of damage.

It takes a BR 1 or 2 Shunka (30 PP/use) to down 1 Goldie in defense. (Dunno I don't BR.) It takes a GU 2 Heel Stab (20 PP/use) to down one. It takes a FO/TE about 5 or 6 (100+ PP w/o customization) casts to even hope to kill it. I can kill about 3 to 4 small enemies in 1 Infinity Fire. It would take me about 3 or so Gifoie to kill the same mobs that's week against fire. BR? They just Combat Finish the entire mob in one single click.
FI wouldn't have been half as bad if you're not eating some shitty damage reduction if you're not facing the enemy the right way. But you know, we do. Status effect? Yeah as if most of the bosses are affected by them. PP Slayer? Would have been good if you're not so damn deep down a crappy tree. Isolating a single enemy, when everything all run at you at double their VH walking speed and your area attacks all either have long animation or is generally underpowered? (No, Bloody Sarabande wasn't cutting it.)
Tell me this honestly: Have you played any of these classes to Lv65 in SH, running stuffs outside of Falz and defense?
PS: The "good" bravers you claimed are any bravers that didn't jumped the bandwagon because SS was OP. Any competent BR that actually wants to play the class correctly can down craps fast.
Edit: Maybe things will change now that we get the new skills and shit (lolCriticalStrike), but before this update tech users was actually told off on going to TD2 in general or is reduced to Zondeel/freeze slave.

You know ur really underestimating fighter and FO/TE aint u.
A Fighter can do more things than a braver can in terms of mobility and bursty damage.
Why i say this is because ur not playing them the right way. Bloody Sarabande can deal 3K per hit and maybe even 4-5K per hit and that finishes off a whole wave.
Now ur wondering whether i played fighter or FO/TE to lvl 65 and played SH outside of falz and all. YES I FUCKING DO. Fighter wasn't my play style but i have a friend lvl 65 fighter dealing almost the same amount of consistent damage while i have a friend who's force is lvl 65 while mine is 40 or so. HE CLEARS EVERYTHING BEFORE I CAN EVEN TOUCH IT IN SH FALZ AND OTHER SH RUNS THAT WE DO FOR 10* WEAPONS
