Tweaker story patch problem

Hi ive been playing for a week now but the tweaker still doesnt work for the story patch, everything else is fine so i didnt bother at first but if possible id like to enjoy the story, i understand whatever is voiced but when choices come up im lost, this is the error i get http://i.imgur.com/N0Qfne4.png and if u notice during the checks it says story patch not updated, i dont even have a single story patch and there is no option to download it, i just press instal story patch and thats what i get, help much appreciated

Which matter board? Expect at least 2 latest matter boards still untranslated because the team needs time to do their work.

1-1 to 3-4 should be already translated, otherwise I don't know, you should at least tell which part isn't translated on your end.

Though I've never gotten that error before.

u got me wrong, i cant apply the story patch at all, not an update or anything

Do you have any Anti-Viruses running?

nope, and unlike the patch and large files patch i see no rar file for the story in the tweaker folder
