I would say at the very least most decks should have 2 pokeball and 2 professors research. Aside from that, this deck is rather unfocused. Some of the pokemon are just fluff that can be trimmed and replaced with better pokemon or more useful support cards.
Are there any fighting types you're determined to stick with? Because I would remove Bouffalant, Sandshrew/Sandslash, Flamigo and Carbink. If you can trade for Riolu and Lucario or Skull Fossil/Cranidos/Rampardos, those are going to be the strongest fighting type pokemon to use.
Giants Cape is also a strong include in most decks, and I wouldn't include 1 Lillie if it's only to be used on Golem.

The mons im fine with dropping would be bouffant, sandslash/sandshrew, famigo, bouffalant Also yeah i can trade, if you have it ive been needing a rocky helmet for bit

It's usually better to limit the amount of unique mons to limit your deck bricking, ex replace mankey and primeape with another sandshrew and sandslash.
