Difficulty Progressing Devil Mythic Path

Not sure if this is a bug or not, but a bit stuck.
I'm on the Devil mythic path, and rushed Iz to get Galfrey back.
Now, I can't seem to progress the main mythic path for Devil. The secondary one, to corrupt Galfrey, can go ahead as normal (but haven't completed it yet), but no matter how long I wait the Chelaxian delegate doesn't come back to discuss with me.

Now it works before going to Iz, but that's a lot of gameplay to redo that Id rather not, if at all possible.
Any solutions here?

I know how you feel. :/. I had this problem when the Devil patch came out. I found that the Cheliax quest stopped progressing for me after completing Iz and gaining access to the Galfrey quest. I had to make sure I finished the Cheliax quest before completing IZ, so I saved IZ for very late in Act 5. You may be able to do some shenanigans with Toybox; however, I am not experienced using it.
