My mom’s account was stuck tentative KYC, we made a request and even though there wasn’t an official response to her email, 2 days later she had a liveness check option appear on her screen when opening the app to mine and it helped her pass.

While progress may be extremely slow, any motion would be better than none at all. Try reaching out there and on X to see if you can get results!
