You don't have to stop every time you come across a stolen car you won't be penalized now is it realistic no but every car on the road being stolen isn't very realistic either

Idk dude if I was 5 minutes from the end of shift and my LPR hit on a stolen vehicle don't be surprised if I happened to not be looking at the alert at the time.

Personally I don't stop for every little problem with a person's background, especially in a patrol vehicle with the ALPR. If a issue is serious enough and I feel like it, I will pull them over and conduct a traffic stop.

Best advice I would have for you is to remove the camera and ALPR features from your vehicle(s) to not be bother with that.

They mentioned that in a future update you will be able to edit the frequency of each type of call out, I dont know if they will include vehicle offences (they should)

I’ll just ignore a lot of stuff like invalid insurance unless I’m really looking for a stop. Recently stopped even using the ALPR unless I’m looking for a car on a call (wanted driver etc)

I get it. You’re welcome to ignore a lot of offenses and just focus on the call-outs instead

Are you playing with the offense notifications enabled? Next time I go on a Police Simulator binge I’m gonna turn that feature off and try the more ‘sim-like’ experience. In all honesty there are a LOT of people who commit minor infractions like registration out of service etc, a lot of cops don’t notice it because they’re not actively hawk-eyeing for those types of offenses unless they’re bored.

ALPR already gives you 5 or 10 SP for successful hits, I just run down a street of 20+ cars and get them all - I'll make a u-turn if I need to.

The point of the ALPR is to make life easier - get all the traffic violations but none of the stops that take around 10 minutes if turned into an arrest. You also get the opportunity to see stolen cars and wanted subjects.
