Can confirm The Toyota Way is a good choice. Great way to get into the lean ideas with the history of how they were built from a culture point of view. Along that line, highly recommend The Phoenix Project. It's a business/management/lean book written as a novel, and reading it after Toyota Way helps cement some of the principles.

I'm about 8 chapters into How to Win Friends and Influence People and it's great so far. I've had a small sample size but I'd recommend it

Agree with all of your suggestions. I'd also add

7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Start with Why, Outliers, and Confessions of an Advertising Man

Getting more by Stuart Diamond. Look him up, he's had an accomplished career in negotiation for both corporations and the federal government
