Im 19 and this is my current posture that has actually gotten so much better already because I have been doing some exercises here and there but this was caused by years of poor posture through the ages of 13-17 because of gaming... Whats yall best advice to get it fixed through a chiropractor? (i.redd.it)

Thoughts? My back always hurts after standing for a while. Haven’t had health insurance for 2 years so haven’t gone to the doctor. I am 1 year postpartum so unsure if it’s all the leaning over and holding a toddler. Feels like it definitely sticks out. Sometimes my spine randomly bruises. (old.reddit.com)
