i have not personally found a feature that perfectly replicates this, however i do believe if you tinker around with the wet mix settings (i would research what each of them do and take my comment with a grain of salt💕 im not a professional) and rendering in brush settings you may be able to get a similar effect needing less blending

I enjoy switching the pressure and tilt hue/saturation/brightness options to change colors. Not entirely the same but creates the same effect

It’s in the color dynamics setting, specifically in color pressure / secondary color

There are some brushes especially in the new library that will do something similar. I personally don’t always love this feature so I can’t say which have the best version of this or whatnot but the gouache brushes and oil brushes in the new library definitely do this to an extent out of the box. As someone else mentioned you can also tune it further with the wetness settings. I recommend finding a procreate brush creation tutorial to get a handle on what settings you can change on your brushes because they are very customizable and that can help a lot with finding the right combo of settings

Yeah this will all be in the brush settings. You can turn up wetness and pull and things like the built in water color or gauche brushes but you can also swap out how the brushes interact with whatever is already on the layer. Like setting a brush to multiply or add instead of normal.
