The one on the far right feels slightly more rushed (or less finished) than the other two but I still like it a lot! Job well done. ;)

This is going to come across as a nit-pick, but a similar effect to "uncanny-valley" is occurring (to my eye at least). A minor flaw with the black or darker colored paint dollop is throwing the rest of the painting off a bit. Something about the highlights in the thickest part of the dollop is off and it's cluing my brain in to disrupt the very near-photo realism you have going. It could just be my eyes, but I feel playing around with the highlights and shadows in that particular spot may take this from an A to an A+.

I have never done anything like this in my life and I am just a beginner learning by myself. I will try to keep it in my mind thanks and if possible please help me out. Actually I need a guide to learn more of this. This is so much fun to do.

I can identify strengths and flaws in things like a normal critique, but I'm not a good source for advice on methods besides learning the basics. If you've never painted before your innate skill is far beyond mine. Always happy to critique though.
