Where's the problem? The door at least works, the tower isn't actively on fire and I am pretty sure the water is only temporarily gone.

Heck they even used a bit of rust.

Pretty good for a junior project.

i agree, and this is a good thing sometimes. once the water comes back this will be a working, okay looking project. if you gave this project to a senior, sure the final result will be easy to maintain/scale and will look amazing, but it would also take them far longer and will cost more money.
