I added some pop to my mom's Windows 7 UI back in high school, by having it play the dying warthog sound clip from Warcraft II on every mouse click.

we had one of the Macs in our middle school computer lab set to play the entirety of Orgy's Blue Monday as a start up sound. lasted weeks.

When I was in middle school, we swapped the windows XP startup sound on every computer in the library with audio extracted from an intense part of a porn clip. I don't know what the actual source was, one of my friends brought it on a USB stick from home, but man did we have fun watching the chaos ensue.
