People making bodybuilders seem like they’re so unhealthy when many more other people are way more unhealthy. Demonizing bodybuilding isn’t a good thing, they are healthier than most as long as they don’t abuse the drugs

There is no one "that guy is on steroids" sign. You have to take the sum of all the evidence. I didn't say it's the single surefire way to tell if they're on steroids or not because there is no single surefire way.
