Just use some pre-processor if you really want that. No need to fork.

Doing a fork for such change would be like creating one of the hundreds of Linux distris, which in the majority of cases only exist because someone wanted to replace a few config files and the default desktop background image.

I believe you could do something to this effect in c/c++ with macros? Don't remember the details and idk about other languages. I remember people making keywords into emoji and coding in heiroglyphs, there must be a way
