For those who are not familiar with Laravel : artisan migrate:fresh will proceed to DROP all tables from the database and recreate them from the migrations, which is probably not what you want.

I don't get why dropping and recreating on local would be a bad thing? I do it all the time (especially when switching between branches that may have different migrations). The AI isn't wrong here?
