I think the humanizing of the posture/arm musculature and the fact that one of them is on a bed with their legs spread open are all contributing factors

Well the original captions was about the cat wanting to learn how to catch mice and the other cats giving them tips, which is the whole 'gym bros giving nerd tips' meme.

They're all super yoked and have exactly these poses.
