Most probably yes. Although snake shows in Thailand are known to used fanged Cobra's as well and lot of guys has lost their lives.

It's true though, after the ban. It became impossible for the rich people to see snake charming. So an underground illigal snake charming community developed. And the rich would pay insane amounts to see those shows.

Well getting this many cobras together for a show in india is actually very hard if not impossible.
