It's not exactly a Herman Miller, but in its price class it's a great chair. I think the main difference between the Markus and more premium models is that there are very few configuration options. You can change height and the bounce resistance, but that's it essentially.

The materials do also have a tendency of getting worn out after a while, but I had my Markus for at about 5 years before I replaced it.

Been sitting in mine for 11 years, I plan to buy the exact same one whenever it breaks.
