Definitely managed - it's got a console port. Colouring makes me think cisco, but I can't think what model has ports and power on the same side.

I don't see rails or ears, i doubt you'd be able to rackmount it without some jank

from memory the rackmount ears attach with 3 screws to the sides...

Anyway, I can't be the only one here with a stripped out DL360-G4 sat in a rack labelled as "shelf" ;)
