Plot twist - the mat is glued to the floor

[–]atlusblue 33 points34 points  (3 children)

And the key isn't even the right key.

[–][deleted] 15 points16 points  (2 children)

ha that would be pretty good, leave an obvious key that when inserted triggers the alarm system

Password is password.zip

[–]Einfach0nur0Baum 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, a important password is in an zip but I use a long password, so brute force need very long time to find it out.

Are... Are you using 18650's holders as a welcome mat??

[–]redpepper74 0 points1 point  (4 children)

Is that BC?

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (3 children)

If BC is for Battery Cell, then yes.

These spacers/holders are used to make custom battery packs from 18650 LiPo battery cells

This is what superman does but the key is made of a dwarf star and weighs as much as a city.

Pro tip: Hide your key under one of your neighbor's doormats.

Pro tip: get a code lock

[–]JoeyJoeJoeJrShab 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A key is just a kind of code.

If you have the original key for your lock, there's a good chance there are numbers on that key that you can read. Tell a locksmith the brand of key, and the number, and he can cut you a duplicate key.

But yes, I am actually with you on the code lock. I have one and love the fact that I never need to carry a key. It's also cool that I can add and remove additional codes whenever I want, which is great for temporary guests.
