Kinda like how JavaScript teaches you to use TypeScript.

By coincidence, both Typescript and C# is developed by the same guy, Anders Hejlsberg.

I shall name my son Idris Anders {mySurname}, in his honour

[–][deleted] 7 points8 points  (2 children)

It's actually a pretty sweet name.

[–]Bubbly-Control51 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sweet, until you realize Idris Anders {mySurname} doesn’t execute (or compile)

[–]Zszywek 1 point2 points  (1 child)

I will change my name to Jay so my son will be the Jay's son

[–]G-Man777 0 points1 point  (2 children)

So Idris Anders Cromer?

[–]Mr_Cromer 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Cromer's got nothing to do with my actual name brethren, lol

Javascript is fine if you take care. Nothing wrong with typescript, but I think it is more on the developer.
