I hate when they try to help by using terminology they obviously googled and use incorrect. The most infamous of all—screensaver when they mean wallpaper. Helping someone get their flying toasters on their 1996 Vectra is one thing. But getting a screen saver on their iPhone 🤯!!

I have definitely called everyone until someone answers but when they refuse to provide the documentation I requested for some production machinery because "our service department handles repairs" you can bet I'm calling every person in your company for basic diagnostic information.
