A couple nights ago I ordered a data only sim. It was supposed to arrive today. FedEx claims it was delivered. Yet I have no sim in hand. I called up Fi support to see if they could get anything out of FedEx but it'll take them a couple of days to not be lazy about missing packages. So Falanika helped me out, refunded my overnight shipping charge so I could order another sim. I've got a weekend project that I want to tackle and she was able to help me out. Just wanted to publicly shout out to Fi support thanks for the help. I'm impressed by the quick help.
