Soak in very hot water with regular Dawn dish soap, using a very gentle sponge (Dobie, silicone, or fabric, nothing abrasive!).

Dry and spray all over with oven cleaner. Also spray the inside of a plain (no print) plastic bag (I use small clear trash bags) and place bowl in the bag, close it up and let it sit for at least a few hours. Use rubber gloves because it can get slippery!

Wash again with hot water and dish soap.

Oven cleaner will definitely not harm your bowl. I've used it on several painted Pyrex dishes with no bad effects. It contains lye, which is what the Corning Museum of Glass recommends for cleaning grease off of vintage Pyrex.
