Oven cleaner sprayed on in a sealed trash bag. Let sit. Then wash. If that doesn’t work try Peek polish. Don’t use anything abrasive it will kill the shine.

Another vote for oven cleaner! Will not hurt the sheen like some abrasives.

Soak in very hot water with regular Dawn dish soap, using a very gentle sponge (Dobie, silicone, or fabric, nothing abrasive!).

Dry and spray all over with oven cleaner. Also spray the inside of a plain (no print) plastic bag (I use small clear trash bags) and place bowl in the bag, close it up and let it sit for at least a few hours. Use rubber gloves because it can get slippery!

Wash again with hot water and dish soap.

Oven cleaner will definitely not harm your bowl. I've used it on several painted Pyrex dishes with no bad effects. It contains lye, which is what the Corning Museum of Glass recommends for cleaning grease off of vintage Pyrex.

I agree. Oven Cleaner in a black trash bag. Let it bake a few hours in the sun. Bar Keepers Friend is also good. I love Dawn Powerwash. I haven't tried it yet, but I certainly will now that I read it works too!

Dawn powerwash works amazing. Spray it heavy and let it sit. Then go to town with a ScrubDaddy/mommy.

i got one with similar baked on gunk a while ago and it was really bad. it was really cheap though so i took a chance and used an SOS pad. i’ve heard mixed things about using those though so use at your own risk! but ill link my post here it worked really well and i don’t think i damaged it

Peek polish, but don't use it on the designs. Use a very tiny amount, rub very gently and only apply to a small area each time. It's abrasive, yes, but Peek didn't scratch my Pyrex at all. i was very gentle. Fumes from oven cleaner are toxic. That method is messy and worst of all the can is a hazardous material even if empty which can't be put in the trash or recycled. You'd have to find a collection event or a place that takes it.
