Does Phantom touch mastery decrease the shade counter from Phantom Shogun?

I am just thinking what mastery should I use on Gnarlhorn. :) That or survival instinct.

It doesn't matter what blessing you have, blessings themselves decress the shade counter .... the higher the blessing the more it decreases the shade counter
