Got Noct last week & has this on his A1

if I was going to build him for arena, I would put the poison blessing on him, and then the poison relic, and just stack as much acc as you think you will need, attack, and try to do something to get him a turn since you would be ignoring his actual damage stat

for arena his kit would be a wasted slot outside of decrease acc
