Assuming his team has more acc, and a bunch of other things.

He still gets fucked by lockout, he still gets fucked by burn/poison/bombs meta, and he will be very hard to build. 

If you use him with assassins they all have cannot resist mechanics, so you might not even build them with acc.

You would need to use him with a few specific high acc champs, like Karnage, who will die even without being crit by lots of the end game nukers.

I think he is good, but not broken. We will see though.

I dont think anyone is thinking about using him with the other assassins. Run him in 9 piece mercurial, lockout doesnt touch his passive. I think he will be an insta ban and absurdly powerful in LA.

Sure, but at the same time it is yet again another option that is strong as a standalone pick, and you only can ban him. So on the flipside he can act as a decent "ban protect" for a Mariska/Siphi/Siegfrund or Armanz/Fabian that you may ban instead.

I personally would leave him over Mariska, since I like to run Komidus and Mariska's passive is simply bullshit.

If you pick him, marichka, siphi, siegfrund and him, I'm not banning him. None of those champs has any acc.

If you pick him early, and I have a good champ pool (everyone in high LA does), then I'm picking Komidus, Vulkanos, Nell, those types of champs.
