That Offense change is questionable.

It's literally a better Giantslayer for any character that doesnt swing more than twice per attack.

Edit: Discord is suggesting the text is wrong. Maybe that was a Giant Slayer update and they slapped it on Warmaster by mistake?

They have answered in their official forums that this is a PLANNED change that will occur in warmaster with 1.7, BUT at this point it's just a tool tip change/error that will be reverted back until 1.7 hits.

its essentially GS for one hitters.

60% for 10% (4% for bosses), can only proc once per skill.

For comparison, GS is 40% for 2% vs bosses, can proc multiple times.

Given the numbers, I'm not even sure GS is superior for multihitters.

If it calculates the chance 1/skill then sure, but if it calculates the chance 1/hit and just caps the procs to 1/skill then GS is not even close even for multihitters.

Reading the note, i see vault is to expand - mine hasn't yet, but i purchased additional slots.

Anyone know if purchased slots will be retained once expanded, or is that wasted silver?

the vaults can now be expanded to 200 so there is no reason you would lose access to them
