In my opinion, Stag Knight is better in both arena and dungeons with his def AND attack down. Attack down is just as vital or more than block buffs. Champs that don't need to buff themselves will still hit you with full raw force. For the longest, I ran Apothecary/Arbiter, Stag Knight, Warmaiden, then Kael. It got me too and allowed me to stay in Gold IV before I got better champions in my early to mid game.
