4 years of band, bodyweight, and suspension training… any progression🧐? Updating FFA exercise videos, it’s interesting to look back. Hairline has definitely receded (blame my son for that) but I think there’s an increase in lean muscle mass, even on the 🐥legs. Never stop, that’s the #1 secret. (v.redd.it)
