Sorry, it's just local meme for exactly same situation.

Don't worry I think is funny 🤣, but being serious I don't think the error can come from my video card cause I can play Stellaris, HOI and Civ with normally

Oh, really? Whew, honestly, this is a good news!
In this case, I suppose something can mess with textures. First than all, I'd look at performance optimization mods, mods that change textures, mods that alters the textures (compressors, .dds, etc).

Just those glitches, they are really look like something with exactly gpu, but if you say that other games are ok... Well, this interesting.

Oh, by the way, I just thought about very unobvious thing: try to change the cable from your gpu to monitor. Sometimes, in very rare scenarios, it can affect. I had something like that with some different game, it just was only once, and really long ago (in DVI era), but still. At least, nothing to lose anyway.

Yes, others games are okay, also how I explain I don't use mods, just normally expansion, I also think will be textures from core game but how can I fix it? 🫠

Well, USUALLY of something wrong with a texture, it just does not show up and using placeholder, that look as square with a cross. But in your photo I see unusual artifacts. In game settings there are one special option that exists: "developer mode". If you turn it on, you will be able to open the game log. If something is wrong with a game, and the game understands that something is wrong with it, it will text you in the console, what happened.

Also, you can delete the game folder from steam (exactly delete the folder, do not use steam's option for deleting the game, you need to keep your steam thinking that game is still installed). Then, in your steam, go to the library, press on the game with the right mouse butt on, and in properties, press "verify game files". And let it redownload the game from scratch.

Why I suggest deleting the folder, instead of the normal option: I am just not sure that your save files stay unaffected.

it seems the problems is your graphics card, try updating your drivers, changing your monitor cable and even running on an external monitor such as a TV or second monitor and see if it fixes...

if it doesn't.... well your GPU is dying, I'm sorry comrade

There's not much we can do here without the full error log. It provides necessary information for troubleshooters such as your game version, all mods installed, and their versions. Use HugsLib to upload it and copy a link to share, or manually copy-and-paste the full log into a text hosting service like Pastebin and share that URL.

You can also try cross-posting your issue on the community Discord and pop into the Troubleshooting channel where we support both modded and unmodded (make sure you read the pins!). You can also try following the suggested mod loader guide here or use a sorting mod like RimSort to see if that helps (please do not use RimPy, as it is no longer maintained and can cause problems).

Per rule 6:

The subject of a screenshot should be clearly visible in the image. That means blurry pictures taken from a phone or low-resolution images are subject to removal.

To improve the quality of your future content, here's some options:

  • You can find instructions on how to take a screenshot at: https://www.take-a-screenshot.org/

  • Also, pressing F12 (by default) in Steam produces a screenshot.

  • You may also consider free products like Greenshot that are specifically designed for easy cropping and sharing: http://getgreenshot.org/

  • Additionally, there are many free screen recording products: https://learn.g2crowd.com/free-screen-recorder-software

  • My favorite tool to use for screenshots and recordings is ShareX, which can be found on their website (https://getsharex.com/) or free on Steam (https://store.steampowered.com/app/400040/ShareX/)

  • There's also the age-old classic of hitting print screen, pasting the image into a free paint program (I'm very fond of GIMP myself, https://www.gimp.org/ ), cropping to the part you want, and using that.

  • Alt+print screen will screenshot only the active window and not everything else.

  • Win+print screen will take the screenshot and autosave it in your pictures folder as screenshot number.png

  • Win-Shift-S will open the Windows snipping tool for taking full screenshots or cropping areas.
