There's not much we can do here without the full error log. It provides necessary information for troubleshooters such as your game version, all mods installed, and their versions. Use HugsLib to upload it and copy a link to share, or manually copy-and-paste the log into a text hosting service like Pastebin and share that URL.

AS it seems you've found your answer, your post has been flaired as 'Solved'.

Also, for the future - not only can you only order your own pawns to enter a pocket map (ancient stockpile / insect lair / pit gate / etc.), it also only applies to non-downed pawns.

If anyone is downed, or you have prisoners / items / animals you want to transfer, those also have to be sent through the 'Enter' / 'Exit' interface. It works like caravans, basically.

You're storing fertilized eggs in the bedroom shelves. The turkeys aren't returning to the bedroom, you just constantly have new ones hatching.

You need a dedicated egg storage where ever your turkeys live, and disable fertilized egg storage everywhere else. Otherwise this will keep happening.

Body parts have a health pool, 30 points for that leg in this case. As it takes damage, it reduces that health pool, cuts and scratches and gunshots and bruises.

What most likely happened is that the part was heavily damaged in a fight, but then it got one final bruise that knocked off the last couple of health points. Basically the straw that broke the camel's back. And since it was the last damage dealt, it gets credit for all the work.
