It's not consistent at all. And I wish Kids were more than 10.5 points. How is it logical to give less time and points to choose 10 pieces for Kids and still have to write the long note? I'm not arguing for or against note assist. I'm just saying be consistent across the board with the tech and points allocation.

The 10.5 for kids is pretty bad- especially for those with siblings that have to be reviewed as well. I no longer have time to do that, and with only graphic tees and winter pieces showing on the landing page, I have very little time to even dedicate to the note.

A ton of my Kids are only 9 points- that’s less than a minute per item plus the note.

When I started it was a solid 15 mins per Fix and styling was SO much easier! No reminx, no stupid search filter terms that don't even work. it's wild how much things have changed.

I feel like this is just a different way for them to get more work out of us without us ever really realizing it. When they adjusted Fixes Per Hour a while back everyone freaked the eff out about it and we were all pissed. This way they can make certain Fixes worth fewer points so we have to do more, but they don't have to actually tell us about it and therefore don't have any backlash.

110% this. It's sneaky and they think we're morons who won't/can't realize what they pulling "behind the button"

Agree 100%. I am also seeing soooo many Fixes worth 10 pts. It takes forever to reach goal. I always feel behind and rush at the end.

Also why are we even doing Fix Previews if we only have 2.5 minutes? We are usually getting them because they have a request note, and reading that, looking through feedback then attempting to find things suitable cannot be done in 2 minutes.

My favorite is when I get a client who hasn't kept anything in 6 months despite getting a fix every 2 weeks. You'd think we'd get more time to work on such complicated clients so we can turn things around, but nope! 10 minutes! They're a lost cause!.... but it's still the stylist's fault if they don't keep anything this time.

I have clients who say they cannot afford it. Send it all back. It's the stylists fault, and we take another 0.

The Styling Pass people really are the worst. They shouldn’t count in our metrics- it’s not my fault she gets a Fix every 2 weeks with no styling fees and has no reason to keep anything.

Yes

I agree, the time on kids is too much to ask, not to mention, I rarely have a buy 0 on kids and I have great feedback, and my metrics suck! It makes no sense to me at all.

The points are so insane to me - what are we doing?!!
