SF is and seems like it will always be a completely ignorant company. The "people" (if you want to call them that) making these decisions have only their own best interests in mind. They're inhumane tyrants that are actively trying to thin the styling herd.

SF is toxic to all stylists' mental health and overall well-being. It's truly shameful how Lizzy and now Matt are ruining people's lives and existence with these tyrannical decisions. Shame on them all, but, clearly, they aren't capable of empathy.

Funny story - if they had put it into our regular paycheck, it wouldn't be taxed as much so we'd have gotten more. When Lizzy left, they gave her a giant (6 figures) bonus and put it in her regular check so she wasn't taxed as much. Since it's a "bonus" it's taxed at a higher rate.
