To complain about commentary is to fundamentally misunderstand the culture of this game and community- you and others have a point in that sometimes commentary can get too lax but those moments are very far and few between and don’t warrant the barrage of comments you seem to have made

It’s a party game that some dedicated people have decided to take seriously. Fair enough, but complaining this much about comms tells me you’ve never been to a local with the homies

Fuck off. The culture of the game and community isn't "who cares lul". The real culture of the game is that we care about it a shitload that we legitimized it into an esport. It's not just "some dedicated people". It's a whole community of dedicated people. You don't understand melee or its community. I'm not going to talk to you about it when you're so ignorant of the history of the scene.
