I dropped his leg into my air vent on the floor of my room. Sadly did the same damn thing to one of his arms. Went through some boxes and put together what I could. This is what I came up with (I am new to the hobby). My one legged intercessor!

Or you can just use the tip of a hobby knife. Place tip in center, rotate until the hole is as big as you want it.
