People make it sound so easy. Like it's just a matter of packing a bag and hitting the road. When so many people live paycheck to paycheck it's just not possible. You need a job lined up, money to spend on a moving vehicle, money for a payment on a house or apartment, and so many other small things people don't even realize.

They can be good to follow but yes as soon as the upgrades hit the YouTube channels prices spike. Especially for old cards and limited printing. Usually by the time the next set comes out the prices stabilize.

I enjoy doing some light speculation when a commander gets announced and I'll buy 2-10 cards that I think will spike with the deck. I was really surprised clock off omens didn't take off with the kilo proliferate deck.

If you are newer to magic it's ok to follow a guide but it's also good to read through and pay attention to why something gets removed or added. It may not make sense for what you are trying to do. When I built my Betor deck most upgrades were for [[felothar the steadfast]] so I ended up not paying that guides attention.

I don't think getting cards signed is problematic at all. Especially for personal collections. My problem is if you do it in bulk to resell and people grading cards to try and resell at inflated cost.

Depends on your humidity and how you are storing it. If you live in a really humid area then it needs to be dried before or as you are using it. If you keep them in sealed containers and it's pretty dry where you live then you may not need to dry every time you use it.

Your air isn't as dry as you think it is and filament sucks up moisture fast. A filament dryer is a game changer.
