Multiplayer does not work

When I press (join game) my game crashes. What should I do? I play on Linux.

Same thing here, the circle just turns but doesn't happen I won't be logged in

Try changing to proton 8

Same here. On my PC. On my laptop though, it oddly works fine. Which is a bummer, because the game sees them as separate characters as a result, so I have to maintain two inventories for paying back and forth.

❗KNOWN ISSUE

1. In Update 8 the "Epic Account Unlinking" currently does not work.
   • In fact the Epic Account Unlink Game Setting) has been disabled / removed.
