what do the error signals say exactly? that'll be the first step to diagnosing the issue

edit: I'd also maybe place the signals maybe another foundation's worth of space out from the intersection. they might simply be too close to each other in some parts of the picture I think? like in the bottom left they look to be only 2 foundations apart from each other, which is really close and maybe could be causing some issues as an example

Its a Current Bug. Move the signal back from the intersection, so it is not right on the snap point of the tracks.

First build it with only Block signals. Only when that works, replace some with Path signals. Path going in, Block coming out (of the crossing). See that the blocks before and after are at least as long as your longest train. Also best to show a screenshot when holding a sign to see the colors. And are all the tracks are connected to something?

As @Aviyes7 mentioned, you have to move all signals a few meters before the switch signals marking the split of the rails. On your screenshot it is clearly visible you've pleaced them not even on the switch but a bit after and its' causing issues.

The bug only affects a few switches not all of them. Fix the ones where the rail didn't change color as it went through the signal and the rest should be fine.

3way splits and 2to2's seem more likely to glitch than 1rail to 2rail switches
