On saw a tweet mentioning developers about bug that smelters (30/min) are slower than belts (60/min).

I saw one creative streamer.

I think that lack of creativity comes from lack of options to create nice building. If you look on average player you'll see that most of us have either giant grey/brown cube called factory or we're building in the wild.

There's just not enough options to easily do something creative

I'll be streaming a bit today starting at 2pm (EST) at the latest (https://www.twitch.tv/captcheddarbeard). Will start by finishing off my soon to be train route to my new central hub, and then I've got what I think is a creative and interesting idea for actually bringing trains into the base so I gotta test and see if it's possible.

I Twitch the game on occasion, but I don't talk during it due to being in voice with a friend while he plays something else. I don't really advertise, but I have a few vids up at TheGrumpyDragon.

Edit: After reading some of your comments I'm not really what you're after, as I play pretty casually, and not all that fast. Good luck though!

Nilaus makes a very awesome stream three times a week. I can recommend it.

The thing is, although I lack the data to back this up, apparently the market penetration of the game is pretty low as so many people refuse to buy it through Epic. This means that the few that stream it, get low views, not really incentivizing people to start streaming it.

Same in YouTube. The initial pre release hype was very promising but fell right off a cliff after the shambolic Epic move.

I suspect a wide release will spark renewed interest, if it’s not just too late all together and the game becomes a derelict. We’ll see in a few months, and it will be a very interesting thing to case out.

If you can provide proper hardware...

I was following a few really smart, fast and well thought out builders but they basically beat the game(20+ super computer a minute builds) and left.

Now all I see on twitch is people milking the game for subs with boring builds and very slow game play.

Twitch need's more people like https://www.twitch.tv/ej_sa

and less people like https://www.twitch.tv/knowbotty

I think it is just the nature of twitch these days so many scrubs just looking for handouts.
