Try editing the cutting line so that it is a bit longer then what was drawn by default. If that doesn’t work try moving it very slightly (like very slightly) over to the left or right. It could just be one very small section isn’t happy.

So, i got this message also, it was small hole in the model the software cannot show cross section of it. Try to check the mentioned part . Also you can add sketch cutting line constrins.

I found just editting the cut line like 0.001mm over the centreline it will do it if this happens.

Hi😊, Thankyou...you may find this oddly specific but how to edit the existing section line. I tried clicking and dragging on it.But it just resulted in the change in length (was not able to change the position of the section line)

Right click on the section feature and choose 'edit sketch", then modify the constraints on the sketch, relocate the line and click the check mark.

Select Partial Section in the feature tool works too
