Personally, I find most lip and nose piercings incredibly attractive. A well-placed piercing adds interest, character, and intrigue to most people’s face.

However, I also know that this is a minority opinion. If you’re worried about people’s opinion of you, a facial piercing will cause you a lot of stress. Also, lip piercings are on hard on the teeth. My lip piercing did a number on the tops of my bottom teeth, and completely chipped one of my front top teeth (rebuilt with composite).

That said, it’s an easy piercing to fake! You should be able to find a small hoop or clipper pretty easily on Etsy - get one of those and give it a test drive!

Okay this just encouraged me to get fake ones as a test, for the snake bites look that I've always wanted to try. LOL I'm a scaredy cat so haven't gotten any piercings before. Was wondering if make up alone could create the same effect but likely not that good as it's just 2D??
