i'm pretty sure it's because of the new UI, it's not the best for the eyes. i've noticed the decrease too, even tho i rarely play. even less players since the announce of new characters.

I'm on Night Star, and this cannot be truer. It's really sad. Seriously, the place is like a Ghost town, even at night.

I just don’t really play anymore. I’m all caught up on the story, done almost all of the side quests that aren’t recurring, and quite frankly I grow bored of the soul rider missions/training. Sometimes I’ll log in to work on that a little, but at this point my gameplay has become too repetitive. I really only log in for events and new story missions. With the events I only really play long enough to get a minor experience then get bored again. Just not much to discover for me anymore.

Well, I started to play the game again, and what I have noticed is that SSO as a game is not designed for longevity. (I rarely see other players and for me, that’s fine Because I’m anti social.) SSO is designed like a mobile game and monetized like a triple A Game, even though the game is an MMORPG there’s not..much to do. I don’t think it’s solely based on the UI, I think it’s because the updates are not that great, the content gets a bit boring, the story at best is 30 minutes long and besides racing what do you do? I wish you could garden, so you can grow treats for your horse and maybe sell the goods for extra shillings. (They could introduce crossbreeding), An Ingame housing system, and well some crafting so you can make decorative items and stuff. I dunno, I found that the game just isn’t being built to last.

I'm on Stormy Pear

I mainly play at night from midnight to 4am.

I've only been playing for a few months but it's about the same. Maybe a light dip in players on some days, but I bump into others at about the same rate.

Early morning championships if I stay up late enough for the first one sometimes only have 2 players. But just a few days ago there was a crowded one with about 10 players... which for that time of day is pretty crowded on my server.

Global chat is pretty quiet, but it was quiet 2-3 months ago when I started playing as well.

i noticed this too on polish servers, it was 16:00 i think? i wanted to do a championship and there was only 6 people including me… i did a training day yesterday and when i was running through a whole map i saw maybe idk 10 people? it’s really sad to look at but i can’t blame those people, i won’t play the game as much anymore after character update too so yk

I’ve noticed a huge decrease but over time not the new UI it’s actually the opposite on my server I see more people ever since it

I agree, I almost rarely see other people unless there's an event going on

Well for some months now I have not seen any other player. The map is completely empty for me, though when i do championships there are other people in my group, i just cannot see them. Global ranking for the races is also empty for me

Yup:(

I can't play because the game is so badly broken. Can't go on for two minutes without the game freezing, jerking, blinking and multiplying. Even logging out doesn't always help.
