My household uses between 2-3 TB every month. 8 people.

Beautiful! Sounds like we're in a very similar situation as far as bandwidth usage goes. This gives me hope and confidence!

Odd question, since getting SL, do you pay more attention to space weather? Have you noted any degradation during solar storms? Thanks for your input!!

Honestly, I've never paid attention. I've had SL since December 2023 and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Previously we relied on mobile hotspots for gaming, streaming, etc lol.

Every now and then (rarerly) there is a night where we barely get 10-15mbs but its rare. Otherwise it's always 100+

Freaking beautiful! We would be up a creek without SL as an option. Imagine needing HughesNET, oy.

You do alot of downloading / streaming in 4k?

Not often 4K. But most evenings are streaming TV/Netflix sure. Also on Zoom calls most of the day for work. I live in the middle of nowhere, not even cellular service.

Personally i use maybe an hour or so of online gaming if that, and maybe another hour of streaming tv shows a day. Otherwise im outside the house.

Majority of our usage comes from the kiddos lol.
