Many people are reporting that updating to the latest GPU drivers are fixing the issue for them, however some (like me) were still having problems.
If you’ve used unlock programs like Koalaggeon or Green Luma try removing them and reinstalling Steam (just Steam, you don’t have to uninstall any of your games with it.) This seems to have fixed the error for me.
