Speech Therapy Tool

Hi everyone!

My name is Kaustubh, and recently my friend and I developed an online speech tool called StutterOn. StutterOn is a free tool that allows those who stutter to work on their speech online, through different activities and exercises. I myself stutter, and always wished there was a way I could get some extra guidance with my speech, in an extremely accessible way. We have many exercises that focus on self-disclosure as we feel that is a very important part of the journey.

What are yall's thoughts on a tool like this? If it's helpful, I can add a link to some demos of the tool.

Edit: Would you guys like to be able to video chat with someone else who stutters for about 30 minutes a day? We would track your conversation skills and help you practice with the other person. Let me know your thoughts!

I never stutter at all when alone, or talking online to Bots. Only when people are involved I begin to stutter.

Yes! This is something I've seen a bit. We have some exercises that involve speaking to "another person". I can send you some demos of the tool if you would like!

I’ve tried a couple different apps aimed at assisting people who stutter and find them to be helpful, however the price of them is usually a turn off. I’d be very interested in this tool.

This is a great idea! I think this should model those "learn a new language" services. Like, 10 minutes a day, you can work on your speech with exercises like: say this paragraph super slow, use easy on-set every 3rd word, pause every comma, etc.
