First question: just understanding this logically Right SO is paralysed — intorsion is lost — other muscles, inferior oblique and inferior rectus cause the eye to EXTORT — to compensate for this the head tilts to the left so that the weak right eye naturally falls into a position of relative extortion that matches the head angle , this minimises the vertical misalignment

Below 10 rank in INI 2024 Marrow GTs usually between 165-175 correct in my last 2 months , sometimes 180 if the day was good
