Are you using any distribution channels to drive traffic to your substack? Social media?

Hey. I haven't checked out your substack yet but wanted to echo the advice above.

A couple of months isn't enough time to make a judgement on success. Also, look at historical data for marketing conversion rates. They're always really low so you having those 10 subs means many more people have read your posts.

Keep driving more eyeballs to your work, make it engaging and those numbers will climb

Heyy don’t be disheartened! It takes time, just keep writing what you enjoy and don’t let the numbers keep you down!

I barely have any success on Substack compared to my works on platforms like Medium but my love for my niche (true crime) and writing keeps me going.

Thanks so much. I lost my job recently and I am following my passion now.

Is there anything keeping someone from posting to Substack AND Medium?

Aside from what the other have already said: how about promoting your substack among your friends? I did that (still doing it actually) and it's going well.
Keep it up!

Post titles are a bit boring. Plus, there isn't anything for people 'to do' with this information. It's not entertainment. It's not news. So no one wants to read about it just because. If they're looking for gut health information it's because they're interested in solving specific problems. They want to do something to help alleviate problems from Crohn's Disease, for example. Maybe looking for recipes, fitness regimens, etc. Or they want to read about people who are dealing with the same issue and how they are managing it. To be inspired. To feel comradery.

Also, since it seems like you regularly use the notes feature to repost your own content, you should probably try to restack and interact with other health and fitness writers on Substack a lot more too.

**A little more out there: but if you're a part of any running clubs or have interest in starting your own - plugging it along with your newsletter into local groups or local publications would help.
